I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel was very clean. Its location is perfect, and the decoration was beautiful.

While my stay was pleasant overall, there were a few things I didn’t like. The pillow was not comfortable at all, and the room was quite small. I was surprised to find there was no cabinet for clothes, making it hard to organize my belongings. The AC control was far from the bed, and I was disappointed that the window was locked with no view, which made the room feel more closed in.

The location is excellent, close to St Paul’s and in the city. For us it was also close to the Barbican center, which was at walking distance. The hotel is conceived to be different from the usual format: it is elegant but also romantic, it is formal but it has a dash of good eccentricity. The restaurant is very pleasant and welcoming. As per the staff, they are wonderfully welcoming and helpful. In particular Kate at the reception is very professional and really kind, with a smile for all the customers. Martin at the restaurant was really professional, gentle and gave good advice on the breakfast menu.

The room comes with everything to make your stay in London perfect, well thought out even having an umbrella to use which is needed with the rainy weather. The room was as advertised and bed was amazingly comfortable and bedding and towels were top quality. The Australian night manager and security staff were so helpful they went over and above to make our stay special when we arrived late at night. Nothing was too much trouble for them, a credit to the Hyde and should be recognised for this. The hotel was perfect location and so clean, loved the decor and ambiance and will definitely be coming again when we are next in London for business.

There is nothing I didn’t like about the hotel. Some hooks to hang towels on in bathrooms, with two of us in the room it would have been perfect. As the shower door opens out it maybe needs a sign to push! There is a handle on inside of shower door indicating to pull and I caught my fingers twice. Theses comments are just suggestions and didn’t affect our stay at all. Well done lovely hotel

Brilliant hotel. The staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and a great shower. The room (general admission) was small but has everything you need for a few nights, if you're there any longer I would upgrade to a larger one.

The only negative was that the shower leaks out into the bathroom and then into the bedroom. This has made the floor warp near the bathroom door, so we couldn't fully close it.

Our stay was great. The staff was very nice and attended to all our requests. We had a couple of tech issues with the in-room tv but we received all the needed support.

The only 2 things I may say that I didn’t like were; the fact that the shower was not sealed properly so the bathroom would get wet at every shower and the little space to no space to hold our clothes.

Staff were friendly & accommodating with a special request, even left a lovely note in the room! The room was clean and in a great location. Didn’t get time to try the restaurant but looked fantastic! Would return.

The only thing to fault was the water pressure of the overhead shower.

I thought it was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in London. The decor was fresh, contemporary, fun and the level of attention in all the little touches was quite extraordinary. I would highly recommend indeed.

Rooms are small, but there is certainly enough space.

We stayed for the weekend and couldn't recommend it more. The room was very comfortable and the whole hotel has a really cool vibe to it. It is newly opened and has a great Turkish restaurant on the ground floor. Service was also great!

Was convenient for where we needed to be. Nice room, good decor.

Room was extremely hot when we arrived, heating was set to over 30 degrees. No windows to open so it took a while for it to cool down after adjusting the thermostat.
