the location, if visiting times square this hotel is perfect for walking nearby as well food options. I walked the entire stay & the longest walk was probably 15min, I would definitely stay again. The views from the top floors were amazing!!

Alot of people around the front of the hotel, homeless people but! Cops were everywhere and I felt safe. Those aren't things the property probably can't control but if your someone who doesn't like a lot of activity, then I would find a different hotel.

The location was amazing. About a 10 minute walk to Times Square and 10 minutes the opposite way to Madison Square Garden. It was very clean and the housekeeping staff was so nice. They also left us keep our bags there after checkout so we could spend the rest of the day in New York. There was a very noisy group in the room next to ours late at night and it was taken care of right away by the staff.

The elevators were very crowded and you had to wait a long time for them, but it was a very busy time of the year the weekend before Christmas. We were given a 20% off voucher for the restaurant due to the crowded elevators. The water in the shower didn’t get as hot as I would like.

Good location, clean, quiet, and friendly staff. Met our expectations. The only negative was the homeless people in the area, a reality in all cities.

The location is fantastic for tourists and the room was very comfortable. We stayed for a week and found the room perfect for that duration - the beds were comfy, the shower was usually good (occasionally took a while to heat up), and there were conveniences like a coffee machine and big TV.

There are sometimes long waits for the elevators. There are notices advising against using them during "rush hour", but it's not convenient to plan your trip around that. We received two bath towels despite having three guests, even after flagging this up the first time it happened, so that was not ideal. The staff always left a key card in the power slot and the lights on in the room which meant we were wasting power while we were out, which I was not very comfortable with.

The staff were excellent, the room was beautiful, the situation is perfect, so close to everything you needed, The only thing to let it down was the breakfast. We only had breakfast once and that was because it was given to us as a compensation for a slight hitch when we got to the hotel but I definitely would not pay the price for it. The food was only the bare minimal and only luke warm

When we reserved, we selected breakfast option and described that we are 4 guests in the room. The first morning we found out that the price only included 2 breakfast out of for. It was unclear on the receipt and when we purchased the stay. Luckily, the manager there knew about the issue and let us have breakfast for 4 anyway without additional charges.

Good beeakfast and free for children! Location is close to times square and subway. Personnel was cheerful and hospitable. Regular cleaning. Gym at lower level. Filtered water at the gym. Elevators are super fast.

Elevator fully occupied especially during checkout. Had to wait for 30min and half family descended by stairs. Homeless people in front of the hotel. Our room was a bit stinky. Our room was rather tiny. But overall our stay was good.

Position was perfect for our needs, the Hotel is close to the nicest places in NYC. Staff always available to help with a smile. We just needed a place were to rest and we didn't need the breakfast. Room was cleaned every day and inside there was a fridge,a coffee machine, a Nice big Tv, a desk/table, a and safe. They gave us a very nice room with view to the City (see the picture) Rooms were big enough, bathroom really nice and even the hair dryer is included. Everything was Perfect. We'll come again :)
