Each and every staff member I encountered were top notch; super helpful - willing to go over and beyond... courteous, nice... all the above. Loved the theme - enjoyed the TV screens in the elevators; gave a great vibe. Hotel was clean... pool side was small but did the job. Restaurants were fun; we didn't eat there but enjoyed walking around them. Location was prime. Bed was super cozy.

Rooms were small... even for just the two of us. The shower layout; with it being step/in - open; left our floor just wet all the time. Not a fan. Mom and son vacation made it challenging to get ready in the morning - no sharing of the bathroom due to lack of privacy opportunity. Our 2nd shower head was broken. Not enough hooks/ways to dry out our towels. Space above toilet can be better utilized. Shower design; again - led to no way of hanging out towels. Getting ice was a challenge; having the one and only ice maker located on the 7th floor - caused another issue, since the elevator service was slow... staying on the 24th floor. To the other point - elevators; seems only two were ever only running (may not have been the case - but felt that way when waiting).

Location, friendly and upbeat staff, room was mostly clean, good view. Good room rate for the location. Easy access to transportation, theaters. Most of the City noise could not be heard in the room. Use of technology for requesting service, privacy. Decor created a great vibe. Can't say enough about the friendliness of the staff.

Food, especially the salads, were not fresh. The food, in general, was not great. The drinks were way too sweet. Expected good Margaritas and they were not. The wine selection was poor and over-priced, and the wine prices changed to a higher price each night we visited the bar. There was no door on the shower and water poured out onto the floor. Really no place to sit other than the bed once the suitcase was placed. A chair would be nice. Elevators were confusing. They should be marked to show what floors could be accessed from each.

The location was perfect! Easy to get to from Penn Station and close to everything. Restaurants were fantastic. Rooms were clean and beds super comfortable. Each and every staff member was amazing! They greeted you each time you went in and out. Were so helpful and just lovely to interact with!

Clean, comfortable, great restaurant, friendly & helpful staff Rooms are clean, small but that is too be expected in NYC. Nice view from window of pool on 7th floor. Sliding bathroom door to save space. Eco flush toilets. Walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head and hand shower. Bed was comfortable. USB ports for charging your phone or other devices. You could cast your Netflix ... They use GetStreaming.tv. Wifi was decent. They replenish the fridge with free bottles of water every day. Margaritaville coffee k-cups. Parking close by across the street on 40th Avenue W The garage is called Icon Parking and the discounted rate is $45 USD per day. Just make sure to validate your parking receipt at the hotel to get the discount. Pool was nice. It could get quite crowded later during the day. Better to go for an early morning swim. Restaurant had good food and was fun. Check out lady liberty raise her Margarita glass every hour.

Elevator wait times were too long. Weed smoking, selling in front of hotel. Cost of room per night. No free breakfast Resort fees should be dropped. Draught beer machine was not working at restaurant both nights.

from check in to check out this hotel exceeded our expectations. I liked the fact there was security on the door. Every single member of staff were lovely. The pool and bar area were outstanding and when we walked into our room - wow!!!! 28th floor to ceiling windows, everything you need. A hairdryer, comfy beds, steamer, coffee machine, amazing shower with shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Snack bars, pool bars, lobby bars, rooftop bars, restaurant on site!! I'll never stay anywhere different in New York again. Did i mention the pool? hahah what a way to end a day sightseeing ready for the evening to cool off and have a margarita and for the kids to have a break from the city. Having looked at Rui Plaza, M Social and Moxi (all reviewed as equally great) i am so glad i chose this place for us. The value was similar to other hotels of similar standard but hey this has the pool and the staff that made this place extra special. Special mention to Jay our server in the restaurant. thanks Bud!

Don't change a thing! except maybe my 11 year old felt pizza/hot dogs on the pool bar menu would have been great for her personally haha but honestly it was fantastic.

We loved the tropical, cheerful atmosphere and the fun music in the restaurants and elevators. Fun whale tail knobs on bathroom sink. The staff were always friendly and greeted us with a smile. Valentyna gave us a bottle of Prosecco and some chocolates for our anniversary. We ate breakfast once, lunch once, and dinner once at the main restaurant. We felt the quality of our lunch and dinner meals was better than breakfast. The food and service at breakfast were very average. Our dinner waiter was outstanding.

The elevators at this resort are very slow. We had to wait frequently while we could hear elevators passing our floor. They have too many people using them for the three elevators available.

The location was wonderful, staff were friendly, and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms were really quiet and the pool was nice, the pool deck area great.

Wish the pool hours would have been longer, especially since it was 10-4 for off season, which is like prime hours to be out and about, especially in NYC. Then also, our curtains, blackout curtains, didn't close all the way. Our family is vegetarian, and there was not a lot of vegetarian options, or even options for diets outside of the normal American diet. I would have thought, too, that being in NYC, some of the restaurant and bar options would be open later than midnight.

Your resort is, in general, great.. Your staff was great, the rooms were great, etc.

The elevators are terrible. Your elevators are so bad as to make me question whether I would want to stay there again or recommend it to others. It is just silly to have to wait in a 20 person line to get back to my room. It is a shamebecause everything ekse was great

The elevators were very slow. Also a fire alarm went off at like 11:30 at night and everyone on the floor including us were in a panic. Wondering what to do for about 15 minutes. No one at the front desk would answer our phone calls…Only to have someone maybe the manager come over the loud speaker saying it was a false alarm. Which it took me hours to fall asleep afterwards….worrying that something was wrong.
