The room was very nice, spacious and cozy. Initially pretty cold but the AC was great and it heated up everything nicely. Lovely staff, very comfy beds too :) We love that it's not in a busy street but there are loads of cafes in the area. It's also very close to the bus station

Asides from the price for that particular night which was quite a lot more expensive than usual. The only two things that bothered us were the decorative bathroom door (which left nothing to the imagination) and sound insulation in general. But it really wasn't too bad, honestly out of the two, the door was the bigger issue. The bathroom door greatly levelled up our intimacy

The location of Eyre Square Townhouse was perfect for us. We struggled with somethings at first, but Mary and (I believe it was) Matt were delightful. The room and bathroom were clean. The floor was spotless. We requested fluffier pillows, more coffee, a fan, and a new duvet (I found a blood spot). Everything was immediately and apologetically supplied. They don't have a breakfast option, but they gave us lots of ideas for places nearby. We found the M&S across the street and enjoyed local groceries. The LaVazza coffee in the mall was so delish!

I would have enjoyed a better view, but the backs of the buildings behind and the cafe below were interesting. A couple of rugs on the tile floor would have been nice. We also had a little trouble with the toilet flushing, but old plumbing... It did work in wide intervals.

I have stayed here a few times while on work trips to Galway and It’s ideal for me as it’s very central. The room I got this time was the best so far, spacious, comfortable and clean with complimentary water and chocolates in the room.

There is no possibly for breakfast on the premises any more. There used to be a link between it and the cafe next door and you could get a percentage off breakfast there if you were a resident but there are plenty of good places nearby so it’s not too much of an issue. Also there is no parking provided but once again, there is street parking around and usually no problem finding a place.

Modern, bright, spacious bedroom. Very clean room, large comfortable bed. Lovely decor. Very large modern bathroom and walk in shower. Minutes walk from Eyre Square. Good value for money. Even though my room was ground floor and close to town centre, there was no noise at night.

WiFi dropped in and out. The room I stayed in (no. 12), was just below ground level, so my mobile network dropped in and out too. The only window was next to a café courtyard. There was no net curtain, so I had to keep the blind down during daytime. The bedroom floor tiles were very cold, the room would have benefitted from a rug. (Avoid Renzo café opposite. The breakfast was not freshly cooked. Sausages were cold in the middle.)

Lovely clean room situated across from the reception. The room is nice and spacious and perfect for a group. There are tea coffee making facilities, a sink and a microwave. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at check in and helped us choose where to eat and go with a really handy list! The property is perfectly centrally located with easy access to walk anywhere in the city.

I don’t really have much faults, the room was lovely and clean apart from the fixtures in the bathroom for the soap/ shower gel were cheap and was awkward to use without them falling off and weren’t the cleanest inside. Also maybe providing a better shampoo body wash option would be nice :) other than that fantastic place.

Everything was great. The room was very clean, warm and bright. Spacious enough bathroom. Comfortable bed. It was really quiet at night. The lady at the reception was very kind and gave us all needed information, including the city map. The location is perfect for exploring the city. Very close to the Christmas Market, I could even see the Ferris Wheel from my window. And very close to the famous Latin Quarter full of pubs and I must say that they are great. Some can say that the room is too small but for us it was perfect. You have enough space to leave your luggage and stuff. What else do you need?

First, the receptionists are pretty nice. They got everything ready including turned the AC on before we arrived which is thoughtful and attentive. And the room is lager than thought which is totally worth this price. My wife especially loves the patio which is cute. The ventilation is good since the window can be wide open and the cute garden can be seen. Besides, we stored our bag in the front desk and the people there would like to take care of it nicely.

Something wrong with the toilet but did not affect the experience of using it if you’re careful.

This hotel was located really well with loads of shops and food options around. We only stayed for one night for a gig but it was honestly perfect for us to lay down our heads. Our room was bright, clean and comfortable and we had a lovely stay. Even though it’s a small boutique hotel we didn’t find it to be noisy from neighbouring rooms or the street. Check in and out was quick and easy and it had everything we need. We would definitely stay again.

Our welcome by the receptionist was lovely and enabled us to leave our luggage till checkin and then got the early call to check in which was great. Really clean, bed comfy and lovely hot shower. As we had only one night we had the disabled suite room on the ground floor which was fine. Great location, easy check in, and only a short walk to the Galway Coach station which was perfect

A lot of noise from an upstairs room and next door in the early morning hours but not for long ow great.

The location, the building, the cosiness and the view. You’re right in the heart of town in a beautiful building. The room was spacious and very cosy and a great view of the activity on the street. The room was quiet

The shower wasn’t working properly, the water temperature fluctuated to mainly cold. I’d read a comment prior about this from a previous guest. They obviously didn’t do anything about it. It’s a pity
