The hotel is so convenient to Haymarket Station - a quick 5-minute walk. We were easily able to come in and drop our baggage into storage as we arrived around 11 am. The cleaner was just starting work on our room and let us know that he'd be done in under an hour if we needed to come back sooner than the 3 pm check-in, which was lovely. We explored the city a bit and came back to catch our breath well before the listed check-in time. Then we had to catch our breath again when we opened the door - it's ENORMOUS! Huge living area, decent kitchen, nice bedroom, and bath and utility rooms. They specifically don't want you hosting parties but you could easily host a party with 20 guests in this space, it's that big. The kitchen was well-appointed with a cooktop, mini fridge and dishwasher, the washer/dryer worked - with a drying rack as well, the water pressure and plumbing were excellent in the bath. We were so cold after our visit to the castle and the heating even sent a shot of warmth through the towel bar so we got hot towels after our shower. BLISS! We were primarily on foot, and it's very walkable to Grassmarket and the Royal Mile. If you're a hoofer (we are) the walk up to Calton Hill is also not terribly far. The room is just down the street from EICC Pleasance Theater and there were shows there all day long during Fringe. I cannot overstate the convenience of being so close to Haymarket for trains and easy, cheap bus service to EDI. Sainsbury's is just down the street so you can put the fridge and stove to use to make your own breakfast or store up some good, cold Irn Bru.

The only thing that could be improved is a little human contact. It was so efficient but it's nice to see a person to give you local recommendations. Also, we were a bit confused on the combo washer/dryer and while our clothes were clean, they didn't dry properly. A user manual would have been good.

The apartment was in a great location, close to trams and buses, and lots of places to eat just around the corner. Also within a decent walking distance to Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. It was lovely apartment, spacious and clean and had everything we needed. There was never a need to contact the hosts. Everything was in perfect order.

Be prepared for stairs if you have bad knees, but they are carpeted and thus were still quite manageable.

The building is fairly close to the Haymarket station (5 min by foot) and Waverley. The apartment itself is very cozy and well-decorated. You can tell the people who manage it are very attentive to details and I really appreciated that. It has all the appliances and amenities you would need for a short or for a longer stay (washing machine, hair dryer, coffee machine, toaster). The bed is very comfortable and the shower is state of the art. I especially liked the adjustable heater, it was a godsend after walking around the city all day. We loved that the apartment was close to all the places we wanted to visit, and we also had a few shops and restaurants in the area. There is no lift in the building, but for us it was no problem. Checking in was also very easy and communication with the team was absolutely stellar. All in all, a gorgeous experience that we would repeat anytime.

The apartment is very nice, spacious and clean. It is also very well equipped. The bedrooms are confortable and the bathroom is particularly large. The apartment has plenty of natural luminosity. While there is no sofa bed, the sofa is very large and confortable for one person. Buses and the tramway are right in front of the door. Many good restaurants very close. The train station and the shuttle for the airport is less than 5 minutes away.

I very rarely say that bur the street noise is very loud and can be annoying during the night. The apartment is also a good 30 minutes walk from old town and main attractions.

We were in the top floor flat which had high ceilings and was very spacious. We knew about the lack of a lift and it wasn't a problem for us. Good storage options inside the flat and the kitchen had modern appliances and was well maintained. Complimentary coffee and tea were good. The host was easily contactable and responded quickly to a couple of questions we had. The luggage store on the last day was very useful too. Water pressure in the bathroom was great. Location wise was good for us with just a 20 minute walk or 5 minute tram ride to the centre of the new town. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Just a small suggestion, could do with better blinds in the bedroom to shut out more light in the mornings.

Extremely well located, only 15 mins by foot from the city centre and 20 minutes from Edinburgh castle, the apartments are extremely comfortable and spacious. We had apt 1, 4 and 9, all 1 bedroom apartments, made out of a bedroom and a living room/ kitchenette. We enjoyed the street view from apartment 4 ( located on the ground floor), the outdoor terrace from apartment 1 ( lower ground floor situated) and the tranquility of apartment 9. We expected apartment 4 to be noisy due to the location on the ground floor but we didn’t feel at all disturbed by the comings and goings. The living room however being street oriented was a bit noisy due to the traffic, but that can’t be helped due to the positioning of the apartment.

The apartment was much bigger than I expected. The kitchen was well-equipped for my stay, large living area, separate dining area in an alcove, large contemporary bathroom and separate bedroom. Only 10 apartments and was very quiet at the back of the property. Ideally located about 5 mins walk from transport links at Haymarket and the conference centre. Camp beds for rent meant that a colleague could stay over one night.

Note there are no staff onsite. I was on the 2nd floor and there was no lift, which was OK for me, but it would have been a problem for someone with limited mobility or more luggage. Only a few tea bags/coffee pods, so had to buy my own.

Loved the kitchen and dining room with the large TV and sofa. The bathroom was also large and clean with hot water. The location is also fabulous. Just next to a major tram stop. Even if you're coming from the airport, you get down from the Airport Express and walk about 300 meters to reach the property.

Coordinating for a potential early check-in was a little taxing since the back and forth took time. If there were an easier way to get in touch, like WhatsApp or some such, it would have been easier. But no complaints as such.

Comfortable, great location and easy to walk everywhere. The airport bus stop is 5 minutes away and so is all public transport if you need this. Very nice bedding and a peaceful stay. You get what you pay for. You won’t be disappointed if you book here. It is door code access too, so no keys to worry about, which we liked.

I didn’t receive the door code from the property in my email inbox, but I did ask for help and the staff were pretty quick to respond and eventually sent it via text. I think receiving the code by text is good as well as by email, especially when travelling and not always reading emails or having access to inbox to check the junk folder (I assume this is where it went but I haven’t been able to check yet). Just a suggestion that would have worked better for us and less stressful when the code had not arrived on the day of checkin.

An absolutely beautiful apartment slightly out of the main town but within walking or tram distance to all the sights. Georgeous bathroom and bedroom with walk in robe (perfect for large suitcases). Excellent kitchen (we like to self cater), really clean and totally quiet at night.

I would have rated this a 10 except for such a big apartment, the TV is tiny and looks really weird in such a large space. Felt like I needed binoculars to watch it. But seriously - that was the only thing I could fault (and we didn't spend our holiday watching TV anyhow!).
