The room was superb although we got what we paid for. The breakfast was a set breakfast but the overall ambience of the place was very good.

When booking you express "a preference" for the room you want ie twin, double or accessible but despite a considerably high level room rate for the area there are no guarantees. Surprise, surprise when we got there all that was available was an accessible room (which im not a fan of), however shock horror for another amount of money we could get a higher spec room with a few nice touches in it. I wouldve preferred to just get the room that I wanted to book in the first place.

The location is excellent, right next to Victoria Station, trams and buses just a short walk. Shops, bars right on the doorstep. The room was bright clean and spacious. the staff were very friendly. The shower was huge.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that breakfast wasn't included in the price.

The only complaint was the service at breakfast. We booked for 0945, our order wasn’t taken until 1005 and we still hadn’t received it by 1030! Complained and we got it ten minutes later. Accept the hotel was extremely busy due to Peter Kay at the Arena but the chaos at breakfast needs to be addressed, there must be regular concerts at the Arena at weekends so surprised to see this happening. Replenishing of food at the buffet, side plates and mugs was particularly poor. This was the only dissatisfaction with our stay.

Really helpful, polite and friendly staff. Excellent location, right in the middle of everything. Discounted parking was helpful. The hotel was tidy and clean & the rooms were well looked after.

There was a mix up with how many rooms we booked and this meant we ended up with a double and a twin. We didn't mind but it wasn't what we were expecting. The hotel were also extremely busy and so some things were missing at breakfast but were not compensated for. The staff were very kind and apologetic, but the kitchen staff could have perhaps provided extra mushrooms or something to compensate for the lack of other items. This would have helped us feel like breakfast was worth the price.

Smooth check in, friendly and efficient staff. The room was very quiet, spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. The walk in shower was HUGE! Great to have proper mugs for our early morning cuppa! Ideal location for the AO Arena, just a couple of minutes walk away, plus there's lots of restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. We would definitely stay here again when going to the Arena.

The room was cold and we couldn't figure out the thermostat on the wall, but as we were only there one night we managed. We were plenty warm enough in bed and the bathroom was warm. The weather outside was extremely cold so I guess this isn't normal.

check in smoothly very organised, location great for the train station at Victoria right next door. the room was well planned out everything you could want and more tea coffee, kettle complimentary water, biscuits and iron and ironing board good use of space in the wardrobe for these hidden away. the beds were really comfortable with very light but warm duvets. the bathroom was large with a wet room and had a extending mirror for ladies to do their makeup . I also liked that the bathroom had low level lighting for night time then you did not need to put the main light on and disturb partner. The hotel room and corridors were very quite and very good double glazing as right in the centre but you could not hear any noise at all brill. We ate in the on sight restaurant and the food was very tasty and good portion and this made it value for money . the staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all excellent hotel would recommend to anyone if they can afford to stay there it is a little more pricey but worth it.

Hotel is lovely and in an amazing location so close to Victoria station the AO arena the arndale bars restaurants very clean comfortable and modern really nice

Took a while to check in. We prepaid for breakfast when we booked. We booked a time slot for a breakfast table at check in. We ordered our breakfast more or less as we sat down and after 1hr 20min and asking the staff a few times we still didn't have breakfast. staff just said it will be a while yet. Unfortunate really because that's the last thing before you leave the hotel and it let it down, we ended up leaving without breakfast.

The room I had was generously sized and had a very comfortable bed. The shower was easy to operate and the room was serviced every day. Despite being next to Victoria train station, there wasn't much exterior noise at all and I slept very well. The staff were also very friendly and helpful and were extremely accommodating with my lugging, allowing me to leave it at the hotel before my check in.

The breakfast menu was quite sparse, with only a limited continental menu. It seemed like the hotel preferred you to spend more money ordering a hot meal. There was also no hairdryer in the room but a minor gripe for a very pleasant stay.

the hotel was beautiful the bedrooms were spotless with super comfy beds and excellent bathroom . the staff were all friendly helpful and very curtious , nothing was too much trouble.the lights at the side of the beds could do with working independantly, if one person wanted to read both lights had to be kept on which wasnt good for the other person if the wanted to sleep

the only downside was the price of the food in the resturaunt, a bit over priced , the menu could have done with another couple of choices , what was on offer was let down by 2 to 3 choices not being available . the portion size were great in what we did have.

I absolutely loved the lights the reception area. The view from the room was stunning and the room itself was perfectly decorated. I would have loved to have found the make of the tiles in the bathroom so that I could buy them for my own home. 11/10 experience, I cannot rate our stay highly enough. I took my boyfriend to Old Trafford for his 21st birthday and the reception team even wrote him a personalised card to wish him a happy birthday, in the colour red of course. I am so grateful for the excellent hospitality the staff delivered. We have paid more money in the past for a very basic and noisy stay in other hotels. Thank you so much.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like, although I am a huge pain au chocolat fan and wish we had the time to have one with a coffee in the room before our trip to the football stadium. Nevertheless, this is no fault of the hotel at all. We would stay more regularly if we didn’t live so far away.
