We were given a spacious two-bedroom flat with a large dining room/living room and two bathrooms which would be perfectly suitable for four guests. The flat is fully equipped with everything you may need daily (dishwasher, washing machine, etc), a high standard of furnishing, and efficient heating. Both the flat and the hotel are very clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect: every place in central Manchester is within walking distance. The hotel is a 5min walk from Piccadilly Station and even closer to Piccadilly Gardens. It is also a short walk from the University of Manchester main building and library (about 15 min.). There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets within 2 or 3 minutes. At the same time, and despite being so close to the centre and the pubs on the lively Canal St., the hotel was very quiet and we were never disturbed by loud noises (something that could normally be expected in such a central location).

We stayed in a modern style apartment, with 1 bedroom. Very clean and aestheticly pleasing to look at. Essentials were provided e.g tea, coffee, washing up liquid, cooking equipment, towels and bedding. The apartment was very quiet, meaning a peaceful sleep, in the comfortable bed. My child also found the sofa bed comfortable. The staff on reception are friendly and helpful. The reception area also offers a chance to grab a hot drink or water. Whilst you must pay for parking, it is in a secure location and price wise it the same price as the open air car park across the street. The location meant we were able to walk to the Christmas market.
The outside of the building and view from the apartment is nothing to write home about. The car park is hard to find and you also must visit reception to get the fob, before accessing the parking - which isn't the most convenient. Reception had a helpful map to direct people to the right place. However, none of this impacted the quality of our stay!

I liked the hotel's location, level of safety, cleanliness, and staff I would like to thank all the wonderful staff at the hotel, especially Ms. Michelle, who fills you with her wonderful smile and her willingness to provide, facilitate, and find appropriate solutions for the guests, as well as Mr. Ishoy, who is distinguished by his calmness and appreciation for the hotel’s guests. Thank you all.
Although the room windows are strong and resistant to sound, we are forced to open them in order to get air, and this causes annoying sounds to arrive from outside the hotel. Of course, this is considered beyond the control of the hotel management, and we understand that if we compare the positives with the negatives.

The reception and check in was quick. The apartment was very clean tide in all in great condition. All the stuff we needed to cook for a family was there. The bed and sheets where great. Location is very good and across the door you could park.
The apartment was very clean and a bit empty. There are some basic things on the wall, but it is not very cosy with paintings, books, pictures, or things that make you warm. So if you are on a romantic trip. it's may be too pale. There are only 3 windows with looked on an internal big airshaft in the hotel, so no views, but enough light.

We booked Cove Minshull St for a short city break in Manchester. The central location is excellent and the secure on-site car park was a massive bonus for us! It was so easy to get to everywhere we wanted to in Manchester and for a centrally-located stay you probably couldn’t get a better spot. What really made our stay, though, was the staff! Everyone we spoke to from booking through to checkout were so professional and friendly. It really did make a difference. The one bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious and well equipped and we didn’t notice noise from any other apartments or the street. Free tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby was a nice touch as was the tea, milk and coffee in the apartment, too. Would stay here again!
For the price I would have liked the furnishings to be a bit more premium. The sofa was quite lumpy and some areas looked a little unfinished - a unit under the tv, maybe a print or two on the wall - would have just made it feel a little cosier.

Well set out apartments with great facilities. Staff super friendly. Dog friendly. Central location. Clean. Gym available. Lots of parking options nearby.
It’s too hot for me (there is a fan provided though). We had to keep blinds down all day every day to try to keep it cooler, and had windows open 24/7. This leads me to my next issue which was noise. Boy was it noisy in the street outside! Trams, cars beeping, loud people throughout the night (particularly weekend), bottle bins being emptied… I mention all this with kindness to people considering this place, take earplugs! I ended up getting some and they definitely helped.

The rooms were large, modern and very well equiped for the 2 persons and cosy. You have washmachine and hair-dryer, even iron inside. The kitchen have all the gadgets needed, for coffee only it is given the free machine in the hallway option. The inner backyard windows are better since they provide quietness. The kitchen is well equipped, I missed only a genuine cooking ingredients, but some of the them one can find at the reception. Apropos reception, we had 2 very helpful receptionists there, I salute warmly.
As mentioned, the hotel and its rooms are very convenient and very good price / value. Some extra books left for someone to see Manchester and outskirts or even other cities around - York, Liverpool etc., some leisure activities in Manchester or even cultural leaflets by the hotel entry would help.

An incredible experience, the apartment was complete, very well decorated, modern, and spacious. We spent several days there and it was a great experience. The bed was large and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, we even used the washer-dryer, excellent. The staff was amazing, always ready with a smile. They arranged a taxi to the airport for us, thank you very much. Well located, close to everything, we felt at home. There is coffee at the reception, available 24 hours a day, which is greatly appreciated. Great customer service.
