Great location, beautiful pool with a view. Glad to stay in a family hotel. Its an affordable option in a great location and scenary. The only reason I give 8 instead of a higher score is because in two nights and one morning (starting at 5:30AM) a big group of guests has made a lot of noise for hours. So 2 out of 4 nights we haven't slept well. To avoid it in the future, I suggest the hotel staff to request to the guests to respect quiet hours. They also lend great bikes for free and are able to help you with transfer and tours.

Family is very kind and can help you with all the questions you have. The location is perfect. In the middle of the rice fields and between the limestones. And only a short distance from Tam Coc Centre.

This is a fantastic place to stay and comes highly recommended! The owners are lovely and welcoming. The property is spotless, with a lovely freshwater pool that’s perfect for relaxing. Breakfasts were great, and included the owner’s delicious homemade pineapple jam. Its location is ideal, just a short walk to Tam Coc, where there are plenty of great restaurants – Thai Beo was our favorite. The bed was very comfortable, and the peaceful environment made it easy to relax. It was super to have the use of the bicycles to explore this most beautiful part of Tam Coc. We ended up extending our stay to five days and could have happily stayed longer.

Great place in a great tranquil location tucked away from the busy centre, but only 2 mins ride to centre. Located between rice fields and mountains, this place offers amazing views. Nice simple clean rooms with bug net, cool aircon hot shower simple but functional. Bed was comfortable. The host was nice and bubbly, she did lovely breakfast, very filling , helped us wash some clothes. Swimming pool was our favourite place to chill after a long day tour around in hot weather. Motor bike hire options.

You had to pay for push bike rental, other places offer this for free. Didn’t matter as we opted for motor bike

Stunning location, The pool is really big, it was lovely to cool off right In front of limestone cliffs. Just 10mins walk into Tam Coc. Bikes available to rent for fair price. Well located to explore the Ninh Binh area on Bikes. Staff were really nice and let us check in very early after a night bus. It was my boyfriend’s birthday so she got balloons and helped me source a cake!

Reception area often unattended so it was hard to ask questions/pay for drinks from fridge etc. It would be good to have some free water in the room upon arrival.

Lovely place to stay in Tam Coc! The bungalow was big and cozy. Very comfortable bed. The pool was nice, just like the whole area. We enjoyed the walk everyday though the rice fields. The family was very nice to us and made us delicious breakfast in the morning, gave us some fruit and sweets for the way home.

Nothing about the hotel, but we were disappointed with the restaurant choices in Tam Coc. The center is too touristic. We suggest renting a scooter at the hotel and go to Ninh Binh for better food options.

Great location! Away from the busy central area of Ninh Binh but close enough if you still want to walk or bike to. The swimming pool was awesome! Swimming in the rain as the sun shined through with the view of the big rocks was magical. I love that the place came with free bike usage, moped rental, and laundry services all at one spot. Very convenient! Staff were nice and friendly. They always greeted you with a smile! Lovely people. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying at Ninh Binh!

Location was in a peaceful, quiet area amongst the rice paddies, within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Facilities were good and comfortable, and the property has bicycles and motorbikes for hire. Breakfast was good with various options available. The owners and staff were excellent, always available, offering plenty of ideas and places to visit and always up for a quick conversation. The property can arrange transport to and from.

Beautiful stay in the Tam Coc countryside! The hosts are incredibly friendly and accommodating, seamlessly helping us to organise dinner, taxi service and use of the pool and a shower after we’d checked out. The room is spacious and comfortable. The pool is refreshing and inviting. The food is delicious, I would recommend having dinner here too at a very reasonable price! Free bicycle rental is also very handy as there’s lots to explore in the local area easily accessible by bicycle (Bich Dong pagoda, Hang Mua viewpoint, Trang An boat tour - to name a few). Would definitely recommend for anyone travelling to Ninh Binh!
