Lovely staff, cute little place backing onto rice paddies with peacocks, plenty of safe space for a toddler to run around.

Muggy room, inefficient layout, monkeys bombarding roofs with mangoes was not conducive to sleeping well.

We changed some of our plans a week before travelling to Sri Lanka which meant cancelling a previous hotel and booking this one last minute instead so honestly we weren't expecting much. However it turned out to be a WONDERFUL surprise. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, a tranquil little oasis surrounded with greenery which is extremely peaceful and relaxing! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the pool area is lovely. The location is a short 5 minute walk into the village where you'll find lots of restaurants but honestly the food at the hotel is wonderful!! WiFi is also excellent and works in all the rooms. However the real highlight was the staff, who were SO friendly and accommodating. Whenever we needed a ride somewhere (to a nearby restaurant, the rock etc.) they took us immediately in one of the hotel TukTuks and even gave us their number so we could message them when we needed picking up. One day we had a change of plans due to weather and halfway through the day asked if they could arrange a driver to visit Polonnaruwa which is an approx 70 min drive away. Within 10 minutes they sorted a TukTuk that took us with no problem. Our driver was so lovely and even stopped to point out wild elephants along the way!! I really cannot recommend this hotel enough!

This is the one place during my entire 3-week Sri Lankan vacation that I truly regretted having to leave. Instead of the planned 1 day, I ended up staying here for 3 nights. My birthday happened to fall during this time, and they were so kind to celebrate it for me along with the entire staff. Surrounded by such wonderful people, I didn’t feel alone at all. The food was delicious, the room was impeccably clean and well-equipped, and the staff’s helpfulness deserves special recognition. The place itself is stunning, with a well-maintained environment, a pool, and a small treehouse at the edge of the garden overlooking the rice fields. Absolutely beautiful. This has become my all-time favorite place. If I ever return to Sri Lanka in the future, I will definitely choose them again. Thank you so much once again for the amazing experience and for making my birthday so special.

What a fantastic place to stay, the rooms were spotlessly clean, perfectly decorated & the bed was so comfy ! The gardens & pool were really well maintained & the villa is in a great location for a trip to Sigiriya. Ate at the restaurant both nights & the food was delish ! All of the staff were amazing, so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, happy to help with my trip to Sigiriya & around the Villa & organising my onward journey to Udalwalawa. Their driver was so good, it was such a beautiful 6 hour drive, stopping on route & taking some time to spend in Ella. If you heading to the Sigiriya area, please stay here, you wont be disappointed

Nice property with a lovely pool area and garden. We loved our room and small outdoor area. It was walkable to get to Sigiriya Fortress but a bit far in the heat of the day. There were quite a few restaurant options not too far away if you prefer to not eat at the hotel every day.

We had problems with the wifi not working and I had little to no data reception with my mobile network. We could also hear the bass from nearby music when trying to go to sleep both nights, but we think it was at a neighbouring property. Also the construction noise from the hotel works made the pool less peaceful.

The staff were excellent and organised tuktuks to Dambula and Polonnaruwa as well as a taxi for my onward journey to Anuradhapura. The garden location was beautiful. Food was fine, a bit hit and miss depending upon your choice.

It’s perhaps more for families and those with a driver rather than for solo travellers as it’s a decent walk to the village and other restaurants along dark country roads so I always ate at the hotel. WiFi was spotty and kept dropping out a lot. but luckily I have a good data deal.

This was our first lodging experience in Sri Lanka and it did not disappoint. Big room that overlooked the pool. The staff worked so well together making sure we felt comfortable and welcome. AC in the room was a god send and the breakfast could not have been more plentiful. They took care organizing our tours and transportation. We easily walked to nearby restaurants. I wish Nature Park Villa many years of prosperity! Rooms: AC worked great and mini fridge was great. Food & drinks: The breakfast is fantastic. So much was provided, we had a difficult time completing it.

Only improvement would be that our room was too far from the router for wifi. Instead, we sat in the courtyard for wifi. This would not be an issue elsewhere on the property.

Very good facilities, food was good. Hotel arranged us a very well priced ethical safari. Pool area and grounds were very pretty and clean. Staff were very attentive and polite. Showers best we had on our trip of 5 different locations (so far)

Our only issue was the room we had was a garden view (which we normally prefer) however it was on the ground floor and was more of a view of the reception area/car park making sitting outside quite uncomfortable. As hotel was full we couldn’t change. So would recommend booking pool view where views were amazing

This hotel was situated near Sigiriya and had everything we needed for our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with an excellent swimming pool to keep us refreshed. We also had a meal in the restaurant and the food was very good and was appreciated by our group of 9 people, as it was their first night in Sri lanka and had not eaten Sri lankan food before. We tried the Sri lanka curry and everyone was raving about the food. We only stayed for one night, but if we were staying for longer in the area, we would certainly have no issue in staying in this hotel.

Everything was perfect for us.

Very efficient check in process, well organised. Large & clean family room with hot water & private balcony. Well cared for grounds & a nice pool with sun loungers. Nice staff. They have their own tuk tuk (chargeable)so getting around is no problem.

There is currently a new block of rooms under construction which was very noisy at times so difficult to relax. Nice to see them expanding & being pro-active but feel we should have been warned prior to our stay. They did stop the loud banging on request but the other work continued. Our room was right next to the new rooms being built ~ maybe the other rooms weren’t as badly affected.
